I act as a consultant to Executive Leaders providing solutions that aid in the realization of business strategy, operations and employee attraction, development and retention.

Career Responsibilities to date include Employee Relations & Programs, Onboarding, Training & Development, Operations, Immigration, Relocation, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR & Finance Systems & Analytics. Experience to date has predominately been in Tech and Advertising. I recently joined the Tech Industry as a Staffing Specialist where I focus on Organization and Candidate Advocacy.

I am most passionate about Growth and Development and regularly provide counsel on Career Management & Development, Branding, Operational Efficiency and Compliance.
